Free Online Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items, within 30 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
If you want to submit a return simply follow the following four steps.
Send an email to us at cs@pldn.au requesting a return and state your order number found on your order confirmation email.
We will supply you with a free return label.
Place your items neatly back into the delivery satchel, seal it and attach the new return label over the old delivery label. (If you are unable to print you can take the package to a Sendle Print In-Store Location)
Drop the package off at your local Sendle Drop Off Location.
Markdowns
Items labelled as 'Sale' are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
Promotional Items
All full priced items marked down during a promotional period are eligible for returns in line with our current returns policy.

We happily offer exchanges for a new size on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
New Zealand | International Returns
During this time, we are unable to provide a return tracking label for International customers. You will need to purchase a returns label and attach it to your parcel. Paladin Ocean Club is not responsible for any lost parcels, please ensure you select a service that provides a tracking number.
