Garment Care

Understanding Cotton

Products made from 100% organic cotton may change over time, with some potential for shrinkage. By following our care guidelines, you can maximize the beauty and longevity of your garment.

Gentle Washing

Wash at a cool temperature, ideally 30°C or on a cold wash setting. This helps maintain the fabric's integrity and prevents excessive shrinkage. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach to preserve the colour and texture.

Drying

After washing, reshape your garment while it's still damp. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying to prevent stress on the fabric, which can cause shrinkage or distortion.

Ironing

Iron your garment on a low to medium setting to restore its original structure and remove creases. This helps the cotton fibres relax and return to their natural state.

Storage

Store your garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Fold them neatly or hang them to avoid creases and maintain their shape.

Dealing with Stains

Address stains promptly by soaking the stained area in cold water before washing. Avoid using harsh chemicals, as they can damage the cotton fibres.
